Privacy policy
Last updated 11 September 2026
Klyzen is in pre-launch. This policy covers the klyzen.co website and its waitlist. It will be expanded before the product accepts customer data.
Who we are
Klyzen (“we”, “us”) operates the website at klyzen.co. Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@klyzen.co.
What we collect
- Waitlist signup. When you join the waitlist we store your email address, which form on the page you used, the time you joined, and your browser’s user-agent string.
- Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard request logs (IP address, requested URL, time, user agent) for security and reliability. These are kept for a short, fixed period and are not used to build profiles.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on klyzen.co. The site stores one small value in your browser only to remember that a form has been submitted.
Why we use it
We use your email address to tell you when early access opens and to send occasional product updates about Klyzen. Nothing else. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until you unsubscribe or until the waitlist is closed and its purpose is fulfilled, whichever comes first. When you unsubscribe we record the time and stop sending; the address is retained only so we do not email you again by mistake.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is processed by the providers we use to run the service: our hosting provider (servers in the European Union) and our email delivery provider (Amazon Web Services, SES). Each acts under a data processing agreement and only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can write to privacy@klyzen.co. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, email waitlist members before the change takes effect.
