Terms of use
Last updated 11 September 2026
These terms cover the klyzen.co website and the Klyzen waitlist. Separate terms of service will apply to the Klyzen product when it launches.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Klyzen and lets us contact you about early access and product updates. It does not create an account, reserve a place, guarantee access, or oblige either of us to enter into any further agreement. We may open early access in stages and at our discretion.
Your email address
You confirm that the address you submit is yours or that you are authorised to use it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send or by writing to hello@klyzen.co. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not submit addresses you do not control, automate submissions, probe or disrupt the site, or attempt to access parts of the service that are not public. We may remove waitlist entries that appear to be abusive or fraudulent.
Content and trademarks
The Klyzen name, wordmark, and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may link to the site freely. Do not reproduce its content or branding without written permission.
No warranties
The site and the information on it are provided “as is”. Product descriptions reflect what we are building and may change before launch. We do not promise that the site will be available at all times or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Klyzen is established, and disputes are subject to the courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
